All items are hand made to order and require at least 1 business day to be made prior to shipping. Once made the items will take an additional 2-7 business days for delivery based on method of shipping chosen when checking out. All designs on the website are finished and ready to be made. Artwork provided provided by you to make a custom decal or stencil design will take longer and may incur additional charges.
Cancellations
There is no order cancellation fee on unmade orders. Once your order is made there are no cancellations or refunds.
Returns
All decals and stencils are cut to order and non refundable. If a shipment arrives damaged or incorrectly shipped please be sure to take pictures and call us promptly so that we can correct the problem by the best means possible.
Shipping
All decals and stencils are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Any free shipping offer is to continental US customers only. Some items can not be shipped First Class and we may require additional shipping charges for larger or oversized packages. We will email you if this is the case.
Shipping to US addresses only. We no longer ship Internationally. You can order from your country of origin and then ship to a US address such as a friend or forwarding company.
Warranty
There is no warranty or guarantee. All decals are temporary and will weather and eventually need to be replaced. The amount of time before needing to be replaced depends on the environment. Indoor decals will not need to be replaced for a long time vs a car decal which may need to be replaced in a few years. Vinyl stencils are a one time use and may not work for all projects.
Typographical Errors
Errors in the description, photography, or typographical errors are subject to correction at our sole discretion. We may not be held responsible for such errors.
